New US$20 million shopping mall to be inaugurated in Da Nang in mid-Nov.

The MM Mega Da Nang Super Center, the first shopping mall developed by the MM Mega Market in Vietnam, will be inaugurated in Da Nang on November 17, offering locals and tourists a new destination for shopping and entertainment. The MM Mega Da Nang Super Center Covering nearly 1.92 hectares in Lien Chieu Ward, the MM Mega Da Nang Super Center, with a total investment of US$ 20 million, features a hypermarket, food court, cinema, and entertainment area. The location lies within the city’s planned new urban hub, strategically positioned to connect major traffic routes, industrial parks, and seaports in the northwest region. The project is constructed and supervised in accordance with international standards of TCC/BJC Group, aiming to achieve the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Green Building certification issued by the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The application of energy-saving measures and environmentally friendly materials demonstrates the investor’s commitment to developing commercial infrastructure in a sustainable manner in line with the city’s green economic orientation.
