The Da Nang People’s Committee has approved the detailed 1:500 planning map for a coastal footpath allowing public access to beaches at the Future Property Invest tourism area in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District. Focus will be on expanding the width of the footpath to 20.5m from 4m as previously approved.
A total of 8,431m2 of land to the north of the Nam Khang Resort & Residence project will be taken back for the expansion. Accordingly, the total planning area for the walkway will increase to 10,397m2 from 2,028m2 as originally planned.
The footpath borders the Future Property Invest to the north, The Nam Khang Resort & Residence to the south, sea to the east and the Truong Sa coastal street to west.
Under the detailed plan, the project will also feature ornamental trees along the footpath, power supply and automatic watering systems, stairs leading to sandy area, easy-to-use outdoor fitness equipment, and such public utilities as stone benches, parking areas, and traffic signs.
