The city attracts investments worth over 8,600 billion VND so far

Da Nang has attracted over 8,600 billion VND worth of domestic investment and 75.746 million USD in foreign direct investment (FDI) so far this year. In detail, there have been 28 newly-registered projects totalling over 65.465 million USD, whilst the existing 2 FDI projects raised their capital with a total additional sum of 20,000 USD. So far this year, the capital contribution and the purchase of shares by 36 foreign investors have reached a combined total of 10.279 million USD. The majority of the projects have involved in such aspects as drinking and eating services, information technology, foreign language training, and industrial production. In the coming time, the city authorities will work with relevant agencies to take actions to help local firms overcome their difficulties amid coronavirus outbreak.
