Self-check-in kiosks for international flights placed at Da Nang Airport

From August 1, 2023, Korean Air passengers can check-in by themselves at self-check-in kiosks available at the Da Nang International Terminal. Instead of having to arrive 2 hours early or wait in long queues for check-in counters, now Korean Air passengers at the Da Nang International Terminal can actively choose their seat, check-in, and print their boarding passes many hours before departure and other tasks within only 2 minutes. Besides the benefit of speed, the self-check-in device has simple operation, clear display process on the touch screen, and easy-to-understand bilingual content. In addition, the Da Nang International Terminal has arranged support staff, especially around the self-check-in area. Such an automatic check-in solution aims to digitize check-in procedures, contributing to reducing passenger congestion during peak hours, saving time for large groups of passengers. The Da Nang airport has been implementing many innovations on the basis of ensuring convenience for passengers such as self-service baggage handling systems, and automatic boarding pass control at departure gates.
