Following approval by the Da Nang government, an additional 11 key motivational projects will be carried out in the 2021 – 2025 period across the city.
The aforementioned projects are a VND12,000 billion creative space in Cam Le District, a VND1,000 billion Da Nang Bay information technology park in Lien Chieu District, VND2,000 billion Da Nang software and high-tech centre in Hai Chau District, a VND44 trillion financial center in Son Tra District, VND4,800 billion VND Nam O eco-tourism area in Lien Chieu District, VND45,000 billion non-tariff complex in Hoa Vang District, VND2,400 billion second stage of Mikazuki Spa & Hotel Resort in Lien Chieu District, a complex of finance, commerce, entertainment with prizes and Phuoc My luxury apartment building in Son Tra District worth VND 44 trillion, a VND739 billion energy-from-waste incineration plant in Lien Chieu District, the expansion of Terminal T1 and construction of a cargo terminal at the Da Nang International Airport, and the construction of a container yard in Hoa Vang District.
In addition to the above-mentioned 11 key projects, the city is carrying out the deployment of 55 motivational ones worth VND47,960 billion funded by the municipal budget.
