According to Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism Tan Van Vuong, digital transformation makes an important contribution to restructuring the business towards streamlining, building a modern management model, and gradually automating some intermediary services and stages. At the same time, digital transformation helps innovate human resources, build databases, and enhance the ability to analyze tourist behavior and trends, support market expansion, improve customer experience, increase productivity and bring brought high value.
