Using electronic methods for check in/ check-out Da Nang- Quang Nam

Da Nang has launched its COVID-19 app to allow people check-in or check-out Da Nang and Quang Nam Province. Da Nang government health QR code system has been jointly developed by Smart Digital Technology Joint-Stock Company (SDT), the Da Nang Information & Communication Technology Center (DNICT), the Public Service Center (PSC) and the Da Nang IT Infrastructure Development Center (IID). Businesses and organisations are required to have a Da Nang Government QR code so that staff and customers can check in using this app. QR codes will help businesses and organisations meet the new legal requirement to record the contact details of customers, visitors and staff on their premises. Fast access to accurate and complete electronic records helps the health agency to quickly alert people who may have been in contact with a person with COVID-19 while visiting businesses and organisations. Efficient contact tracing helps slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 in the community. People can complete their health form by either using service webform at Khaibaoyte.quangnam.gov.vn, or using “Khai bao & Kiem soat vao ra” (Declaration and Entry/exit Control) app which is available on Android, and the Ministry of Health – launched app “Tokhaiyte.vn”. After completing their electronic health form, people will be given a QR code to allow them to show it for staff at COVID-19 checkpoints to scan when they check-in or check-out Da Nang and Quang Nam Province.
