New urban area to be developed along Hoa Quy-Dong No river

Following recent approval from the Da Nang authorities, new riverside eco-urban area will be developed along Hoa Quy-Dong No river in the eastern side of the city. Developed by the city-based Dia Cau JSC, the 118,101 m2 project will use over 3,441 billion VND for infrastructure construction. Under the project, residential land lots, riverside villas, preschools, a shopping area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, drainage system and green space will be created. Previously, the municipal authorities had given a nod for the Sai Gon-Da Nang Investment Corporation to develop a 1,676m2 project with a total investment of over 160 billion VND on the A1 land lot of the An Vien residential zone Son Tra District’s Tho Quang Ward.
