Da Nang consults Swiss experts on international financial center development

Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Ho Ky Minh chaired a meeting on Saturday with a delegation of Swiss experts and investors to discuss the early and effective operation of the International Financial Center in Da Nang. Included were the establishment of enterprises, the creation of an international arbitration center, and the development of a robust financial framework to build confidence among foreign investors. He emphasized that mechanisms and policies remain top priorities for international investors. Therefore, in developing the financial center, Da Nang should ensure safety, transparency, and fairness for all investors by establishing an arbitration center that includes both Vietnamese and foreign judges. He also stressed the need for Da Nang to continue aligning with existing legal frameworks and creating a favorable legal corridor. The delegation hoped to open up many cooperation and development opportunities between Switzerland and Da Nang in the coming time. For his part, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh thanked Dr. Urs Lustenberger for his sharing.
