Accelerating investment infrastructure development at new Da Nang industrial parks

The Da Nang Authority of Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones (DHPIZA) will submit administrative procedures to the Vietnamese Prime Minister to ask for the in-principle investment policy for an infrastructure construction and business operation project at new industrial parks (IZs) across the city, namely the second stage of Hoa Cam IP and the Hoa Nhon and Hoa Ninh IPs. DHPIZA will invite bids from eligible contractors across Viet Nam for the aforementioned project. In addition, DHPIZA has already completed the procedures to develop a framework of requirements in terms of capacity and experience that potential contractors must meet. The implementation of the project is viewed as a key task and a strategic step the city must take so as to promote local industrial development, quickly building itself into one of the leading Vietnamese localities with a system of developed industries, thereby attracting any potential investors and creating a premise for the local sustainable development in the coming time, especially in the fields of high-tech and clean industries.
