Bach Dang Night Market to be establised soon

During his recent meeting with relevant agencies and the Hai Chau District authorities, Da Nang People’s Committee Dang Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung urged them to well cooperate with the Ngoi Sao Bien Sai Gon Company to soon complete a plan for the establishment of the Bach Dang Night Market associated with a pedestrian area. The Bach Dang Night Market associated with a pedestrian area will be established along a section of Bach Dang between its intersections with Binh Minh 5 and Tran Thi Ly streets in Hai Chau District on a trial basis. Covering an area of 3.29ha, the around 40 billion VND project will feature 60 fixed stalls, and 315 mobile stalls which will be placed on the 600m-long road. These stalls will sell fashionable clothes, bags, footwear, food and drinks, souvenirs, handicrafts, and more. In addition, there will be a space for street arts performances, a square for organising cultural events, an office for the Market Management Board, an entertainment area for children, a public toilet area, and a parking area. Notably, visitors to the night market will also have the opportunity to take sightseeing boat tours in order to explore the beauty of the city, especially its beautiful bridges, at night.
