He highly appreciated the strong cooperation between Da Nang and Japanese localities, noting that Japan remains the city’s leading foreign investor with many highly effective projects.

Japan is also one of Da Nang’s key tourism markets, with 239,000 visitors recorded in the first nine months of 2025. Two direct air routes currently operate 11 flights per week, promoting cultural, trade, and tourism exchanges. With special government mechanisms supporting an International Financial Center, a Free Trade Zone, and a High-Tech Hub, Da Nang is accelerating administrative reforms and improving its investment climate to attract major investors in services and high-tech industries.

Secretary Le Ngoc Quang highlighted Da Nang’s key economic sectors, including logistics, high-tech industries, information technology, and high-tech agriculture, and invited Japanese enterprises to invest in the city’s Free Trade Zone and International Financial Center.
