Da Nang hosts East-West Economic Corridor Fair Oct.1 – 6

Da Nang will host the East-West Economic Corridor (EWEC) International Trade, Tourism and Investment Fair 2025 from October 1 to 6, bringing together businesses, investors and trade representatives from across Vietnam. Photo: VAN HOANG According to the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, as of September 29, 142 enterprises nationwide had registered to participate with 220 exhibition booths. The host city Da Nang alone contributes 60 businesses showcasing products and services across 91 booths. The fair will feature a diverse range of products: local specialties, “One Commune – One Product” (OCOP) items, and signature goods from provinces along the corridor. Key sectors include electronics and technology (consumer electronics, home appliances, and new-generation machinery), food and agriculture (clean agricultural products, processed food, beverages), household goods (woodcraft, bamboo and rattan, textiles, gifts), alongside services such as logistics, tourism, education, and healthcare. Highlighting its role as a bridge for regional economic cooperation, the event will also host the Da Nang 2025 Business Networking and Export Promotion Conference on October 2 at the Ariyana International Convention Center. More than 100 delegates have confirmed attendance, underscoring strong interest in expanding trade and investment opportunities. Organizers expect the EWEC Fair to not only promote cross-border commerce but also strengthen Da Nang’s position as a gateway city connecting Vietnam with neighboring countries along the EWEC. The fair provides a platform for enterprises to showcase their latest products, forge new partnerships, and explore avenues for sustainable growth.
