In particular, the Da Nang delegation took part in the Guangzhou Cultural Industry Fair 2025 themed “Greater Bay Area Links the World – Cultural Tourism Shapes the Future”.

During their visit to Shenzhen, the delegation conducted a field survey at the Longgang Smart City Operation Center, a pioneer in applying F5G government networks, Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, and comprehensive 5G coverage.

With cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) as its backbone, the center acts as the “digital brain” integrating multi-sectoral data to support real-time decision-making for urban governance and public safety management.

Notably, at the Longgang District Public Administrative Service Center, the application of AI has helped cut processing time for administrative procedures by 77%.

With its innovative “One Cup of Coffee to Get Things Done” model, the center processes an average of more than 2,000 applications per day, providing round-the-clock public services through AI-powered solutions.

During a working session with Huawei Group on Tuesday, Vice Chairman Ho Quang Buu voiced his hope that cooperation with leading technology corporations such as Huawei will help the city quickly identify optimal solutions for its strategic roadmap of ranking among the world’s top 50 smart cities by 2030.

As part of the visit, the Da Nang delegation also surveyed Huawei’s Cybersecurity Center and R&D Center, and smart education models at the Shenzhen Polytechnic University.

These are considered as practical and valuable experiences for Da Nang as it studies the application of AI in public administration, aiming to improve operational efficiency and enhance the quality of life for its residents.
