The Da Nang People’s Committee has recently issued a document to strengthen tax management of e-commerce and digital business activities.
Accordingly, Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Le Trung Chinh has directed agencies, units and localities to coordinate with tax authorities at all levels to review and identify individuals and business households that conduct e-commerce and livestream sales activities in order to guide taxpayers to register, declare and pay taxes in accordance with legal regulations.
Relevant units have been asked to coordinate with tax authorities to review and strictly handle tax-related violations in e-commerce and livestream sales activities, as well as deploy e-invoices generated from cash registers associated with the lucky invoice programme implemented by the tax sector to control the revenue of business organisations and individuals.
