Arranged by the Da Nang branch of the Destination Asia Co., Ltd., the Zuiderdam cruise ship brought more than 700 passengers from Europe and America to Da Nang on Tuesday.
After the cruise ship docked at the city’s Tien Sa Port, shuttle buses took the passengers to the APEC Sculpture Park. From here, they were taken to visit a number of tourist attractions in the city such as the Museum of Cham Sculpture, the Han Market, the Da Nang Cathedral, the Marble Mountains, the Linh Ung Pagoda and the My Khe Beach, or took a city tour by cyclo.
The Zuiderdam cruise ship arrived at the Tien Sa Port at 8:00 am and left for other destinations at 11:00 pm on the same day.
According to the plan, cruise ship Resorts World One, arranged by the Saigontourits Travel Services Company, will dock at the Tien Sa Port on March 20, to bring more than 2,000 tourists from the US, the UK, France, Australia and Canada to Da Nang.
The passengers will visit some of tourist attractions in Da Nang and neighbouring localities for 10 hours.
The Resorts World One cruise ship is expected to leave Da Nang at 8:00pm on the same day.
