Hoa Vang District invites investors to develop infrastructure at Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster

Hoa Vang District is inviting investors to invest in the project on developing technical infrastructure at the Hoa Nhon Industrial Cluster in Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang. The 247,522m 2 project will feature such main items as leveling, planting green trees, installing water and electricity supply, drainage, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and other ancillary items. It is expected to be carried out in 36 months. The project will create a land fund for industrial construction, and form a new modern industrial cluster with a synchronous and complete infrastructure network, especially effectively exploiting the comparative advantages of local resources, labour and infrastructure as well as serving the relocation needs of production facilities that are at risk of causing environmental pollution from urban areas and densely populated areas. Any interested investors can submit their application for project implementation to the People’s Committee of Hoa Vang District at the Department of Economy and Infrastructure before 4:00 pm on September 8, 2023.
