The US$ 20 million MM Supercenter Da Nang is a key project in MMVN’s expansion strategy in Vietnam. Located on a nearly 20,000m2 site in Hoa Khanh Ward, the three-storey complex brings together nearly 50 domestic and foreign brands, and features a hypermarket, food courts and an entertainment space.
Notably, more than 90% of the products sold at the hypermarket are domestically sourced. In addition, the OCOP and local specialty zones showcase and promote over 100 typical products to both consumers and international visitors.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized the significance of the project, saying that it not only added a modern shopping and service destination but also contributed to boosting trade and meeting the growing needs of local residents and tourists.

Vice Chairwoman Thi added that the center will be a new driving force for the city’s socio-economic development. She also urged the center to continue enhancing service quality and customer experience, ensuring commercial civility.
At the same time, she encouraged the center to actively participate in social welfare and market stabilization programs, thereby contributing to the overall development of Da Nang in general and Hoa Khanh Ward in particular.
Previously, MMVN signed cooperation agreements with the People’s Committees of Hoa Khanh Ward and Hai Van Ward to bring OCOP products and local specialties into the center’s distribution system. This cooperation has created nearly 500 job opportunities for local workers.
On the occasion, MMVN, along with member companies of Thailand’s TCC/BJC Group in Vietnam and partners, donated a combined total of VND 425 million to the Da Nang People’s Committee to support residents affected by natural disasters.
