Notice No. 111/TB-UBND dated September 24, 2021 on allowing organizations and individuals to leave Da Nang City

1. The Da Nang People’s Committee has issued Note No.6442/UBND-KGVX dated September 24, 2021 requesting centrally governed provinces and cities to allow residents living in non-isolation areas in Da Nang to come to/return to their provinces or cities. 2. Organizations and individuals who need to leave Da Nang must actively contact the authorities of the arrival province/city to obtain permission to enter that province/city, as well as learn about their quarantine or health monitoring measures (if any). 3. Organizations and individuals leaving Da Nang must commit to strictly comply with COVID-19 prevention measures and the Ministry of Health’s 5K principles, not stop at any COVID-19 hit areas, bring their personal documents and other documents required by the arrival province/city, such as: certificate of negative RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 test results within 72 hours from the time of sample collection to the time of arrival at that province/city, or certificate of residence in non-isolation areas, or certificate of COVID-19 vaccination (if any). 4. Organizations and individuals coming back to Da Nang must implement COVID-19 prevention measures as regulated. 5. Quarantine, testing and health monitoring measures in prevention of COVID-19 for people entering Da Nang shall be implemented according to Note 5317/UBND-SYT dated August 17, 2021 by the Da Nang People’s Committee.
