Outgoing Lao ambassador bids farewell to Da Nang leaders

Da Nang leaders, on Monday, received Lao Consul General in the city Souphanh Hadaoheuang who came to bid farewell at the end of his tenure. He highly praised Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang for acting as an important bridge in promoting the close and enduring friendly cooperation between Da Nang and localities in Laos, particularly central and southern provinces of Laos.
