Representatives from 63 Vietnamese localities learn from Da Nang’s model of Technology Park development

A group of representatives from the Ministry of Information and Communications, and from departments of Information and Communications of 63 provinces and cities across Viet Nam, recently visited the Da Nang Dedicated Information Technology (IT) Park in Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Lien Commune. Their visit to Da Nang aimed to learn from the city’s model of of Technology Park development. Visitors at the Trung Nam Electronics Manufacturing Services JSC-developed the SMT assembly and manufacturing plant in the Da Nang dedicated IT Park During their visit to the Park, the guests were briefed on the Park’s development strategies in the years ahead, and Da Nang’s policies to attract new techology projects. Whilst visiting the surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly and manufacturing plant, located in the Da Nang dedicated IT Park, the visitors were introduced by Mr Peter Huynh, CEO of the Trung Nam Electronics Manufacturing Services JSC – the developer of the plant, to the development orientations of his company, and the Trung Nam Group at large. In the coming time, the Trung Nam Group will pour money into the development of more specialised factories which specialise in manufacturing ‘Made-in-Viet Nam’ electronic components to meet the needs of domestic businesses.
