VAGENT generative AI assistant solution makes its debut

The EM&AI Joint Stock Company has launched the artificial intelligence (AI) assistant solution created VAGENT (VOICE & CHAT). This is an AI virtual employee solution for automatic calls and multi-channel messaging methods such as website, zalo and facebook, and a combination of natural language processing technology and generative AI technology. Vagent is the only solution currently on the market that allows users to create AI capable of speaking and calling customers in Vietnamese, thereby supporting public services as well as human resources for small and medium-sized enterprises.
